Full job description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Telugu Batch (WFH)

Company: Flipkart

Job Type: Full-time | Work From Home

Fluent in telugu , english and hindi mandatory

Salary:

Fresher: ₹16,000 CTC (In-hand: ₹12,400)

Experienced (1 year): ₹18,000 CTC (In-hand: ₹14,000)

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chats & emails

Assist in Telugu, and basic English/Hindi

Support with orders, returns, payments, etc.

Maintain quality and follow process guidelines

Requirements:

Min 12th pass; graduates preferred

Fluent in Telugu

Laptop/Desktop with:

Intel i5/i7 ryson 5 / 7, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 Pro

Stable internet & headset

Flexible for rotational shifts/week offs
