Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze financial data (e.g., budgets, income statements, forecasts) in line with company goals

• Recommend cost reduction and financial performance improvement strategies

• Structure sophisticated reports summarizing financial status and associated risks

• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis

• Perform business studies on past, present, and projected performance; develop forecasting models

• Identify financial trends and provide actionable insights to leadership

• Analyze actual financial results versus forecasts to determine financial status

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by comparing and correcting data

• Stay up to date with industry developments and financial best practices

• Advise senior management on long-term and strategic financial decisions

• Drive process improvements and help shape financial policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst

• Proficient in MS Excel, databases, and financial software tools

• Strong hands-on experience with statistical analysis and reporting

• Excellent presentation, communication, and reporting skills

• Solid knowledge in financial forecasting, corporate finance, and data interpretation

• Well-versed in financial trends, accounting principles, tax laws, and money market dynamics
