We are a leading real estate firm managing sales for Apples Height, an exciting residential/commercial project on Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate project details
• Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new developments in the Ludhiana real estate market

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Ludhiana’s real estate market, especially the Ferozepur Road area
• Professional attitude and strong customer focus
• Preferably bilingual: Punjabi, Hindi, and English
