YOUR EXPERIENCE

You would ideally have experience with a number of the following:

Product development/design of stainless steel products in a manufacturing environment (A background in commercial kitchens will be a plus)

HVAC experience would be highly preferred and weighted to design display cabinets and undercounter benchtops

Knowledge of common manufacturing processes: Laser cutting, welding & sheet metal process

Knowledge of refrigeration

Must have a very good knowledge of Solidworks (Weldments & Sheet metal)

Ability to read architectural & design drawings

Construction knowledge

An eye for geometric dimensioning and tolerances

Microsoft Office – Excel, Word

Sourcing parts and liaising with suppliers

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role will be to cooperate with clients, builders and suppliers to accurately fulfil projects on time and on budget.

Develop manufacture drawings from client input.

Coordinate with builders, visiting site as necessary.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure delivery of projects on time.

Discover/investigate product improvement opportunities.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and opportunity for career growth. Salary negotiable based on experience.
