Job Profile (Preferred Female Candidate)

• Previous experience as a Snr. Travel Consultant / Destination Specialist(Singapore, Bali, Maldives, Europe, Vietnam & Hongkong or etc.) or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• well Knowledge about the Multiple Destinations like mentioned above.
• In-depth knowledge of various destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
• Strong understanding of travel booking systems and online travel tools( TBO ETC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and travel suppliers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel objectives.

Roles:

• Assist clients in booking International Holiday tour Packages, flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Handle customer inquiries from Various Sources ( Ex- References etc.)
• Resolve any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip.
• Stay updated on travel regulations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

• Keep detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the travel agency.Perks and Benefits
