Job Summary
Travel Consultant with at least 1-2 yrs of experience in Domestic or International Travel knowledge or a person with an experience of domestic or international call centre.

Candidate will be responsible for creating holiday tour packages,, Air tickets and hotel reservation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Candidate should know or have a potential to learn the end to end process of Travel arrangements- Hotels, Cars and Tour Packages.

Should have fluency in English and Hindi and can handle the complex situation of business, interacting with Customer and vendors. Work in a dynamic, challenging and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/outgoing travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
• Create and customize tour packages as per client requirements
• Explain package details, inclusions, and itineraries clearly
• Convert leads into bookings with follow-ups and persuasion
• Coordinate with operations team for bookings and vendor arrangements
• Maintain records of follow-ups and confirmed bookings

Who Can Apply:
Previous experience in travel sales or telesales (preferred)
Good communication & convincing skills (English, Hindi, Nepali/Bengali bonus)
Basic knowledge of popular Indian and Himalayan destinations
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven
Freshers with passion for travel and sales may also apply
