Job Title: TGT Hindi (Trained Graduate Teacher Hindi)Responsibilities:

• Teaching:
• Teach Hindi to students of middle or secondary classes.
• Prepare and deliver lessons to help students improve their language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Maintain student interest and encourage participation during lessons.
• Student Assessment:
• Conduct tests and assessments to track student progress.
• Provide feedback to students and help them improve their language skills.
• Curriculum Development:
• Plan and design lesson plans based on the school’s curriculum.
• Incorporate different teaching methods, including storytelling, role-playing, and multimedia tools, to make learning fun and effective.
• Parent Communication:
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and areas for improvement.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
• Extra-Curricular Activities:
• Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related activities like debates, poetry recitation, or cultural events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field.
• Certification: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is often required.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong command of the Hindi language, good communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Personal Qualities:
